New CDC map shows Colorado leading the nation in active people

New CDC maps show levels of adult physical inactivity (outside of work) for states and territories ranging from 17.7%-49.4%. The overall average prevalence of physical inactivity for the U.S. is 25.3%, while Colorado has the least amount of physical inactivity at 17.7%. Learn more about what you can do and how to be involved in Active People, Healthy NationSM, a national initiative to help 27 million people become more physically active by 2027.
