The Rocky Mountain Public Health Training Center is hiring a Special Projects Coordinator

This position will be responsible for coordinating special projects within the Rocky Mountain Public Health Training Center’s training portfolio. Currently, the focus of this position will include: 1) COVID-19 Contact Tracing and 2) Virtual Conferences. These projects are dynamic and rapidly evolving. We are seeking a candidate who can rapidly become an internal content expert and resource for other team members regarding COVID-19 public health response and recommendations (i.e., you may not be an expert in contact tracing, but you know where to go for the latest in national recommendations and you know/learn who to ask for local perspective). For our COVID-19 response activities, the Special Projects Coordinator will be an outstanding communicator with internal and external staff, triaging funder/partner needs and supporting training scheduling and logistics. For virtual conference support for partners, we are seeking someone who can collaborate closely with RM-PHTC’s Associate Director, Instructional Design Manager, and Principal Evaluator to develop proposals, provide conference design, coordinate scheduling and logistics, and implementing evaluation and reporting. You can learn more about RM-PHTC, including our values, from our website.

Priority consideration will be given to applications received by December 15, but the position will remain open until filled. The full job description and application instructions can be found here: https://cu.taleo.net/careersection/jobdetail.ftl?job=19730.
