Identifying Patients With Undiagnosed Hypertension

Are there patients in your health center with undiagnosed hypertension, hiding in plain sight? Hypertension lacks visible symptoms, so patients may not know that they have it.
  • Of the 75 million Americans who have hypertension, almost half do not have the condition under control.
  • About 11 million of them don’t know their blood pressure is too high and are not receiving treatment to control it.
