March is National Nutrition Month: The DASH Diet

The National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI) #DASHDiet ranked among the top 5 @usnews 2020 #BestDiets rankings again this year. 

DASH is made up of low-sodium and healthful foods—it was originally created to reduce #hypertension, but has shown to help with weight loss too.
