Familial Hypercholesterolemia Day is September 24

Did you know that 1 in 5 heart attacks under the age of 45 are due to familial hypercholesterolemia (FH)?

(FH) is a common life-threatening genetic condition that causes high cholesterol. Untreated, FH leads to early heart attacks and heart disease.
