Fireside Chat with CDC on the New 2017 High Blood Pressure Guidelines

Join the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors' (NACDD) Cardiovascular Health Team for a conversation about the new 2017 Guideline for the Prevention, Detection, Evaluation, Management of High Blood Pressure in Adults.

This Fireside Chat on Tuesday, December 5, 2017, 3 - 4:00 p.m. EST (1 - 2 MST) will feature Brent Egan, MD, Professor of Medicine at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, Greenville and Vice President, Research, Care Coordination Institute. It will be moderated by Fleetwood Loustalot, PhD, FNP, Lead, Epidemiology, Surveillance and Health Service Team, CDC.
