National Network of Public Health Institutes—They are a “national network is a go-to resource for analysis, best practices, and network connections for communities, government agencies, foundations, the health care delivery system, media, and academia.”
Chronic Disease Events Calendar—This calendar contains training and technical assistance events related to the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors and CDC’s National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion.   Here, you can filter events by topics (e.g., arthritis, diabetes, community health, etc.), linkage to CDC funding, audience, and CDC chronic disease domains.
CORIDOR—CORIDOR is an online application that provides resources to state health departments and public health partners related to chronic disease prevention and health promotion. Resources provided include model policies and programs, guides, databases, and other tools. CORIDOR is a searchable database that allows users to search and filter resources according to their specific needs.
