New health department program recognizes neighborhood health activities

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment has a new recognition program called Neigborhood Connects! The program will highlight environmental and public health activities planned and carried out collaboratively by businesses, schools and community organizations to address local community needs or inequities.
