Dr. Jennifer Klemp, PhD MPH, MA
Dr. Klemp is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Clinical Oncology, a Cancer Risk and Genetic Counselor, and the Director of Cancer Survivorship at the University of Kansas Cancer Center. She is the Founder and CEO of Cancer Survivorship Training, Inc., an online education company supporting healthcare professionals,

, and is the Principal of Cancer Resource Partners, LLC, an organization providing consulting and resources to healthcare related organizations and providers.
She earned her Master’s in Public Health at the University of Kansas Medical Center, a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the University of Kansas and completed her doctorate in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of Kansas. Her dissertation work was entitled “Evaluating the effects of chemotherapy on cognitive function and quality of life in pre-menopausal women with breast cancer”. She completed her Internship at Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, IL, in the Department of Behavioral Sciences.
Dr. Klemp has worked in the field of breast cancer prevention and survivorship since 1996 and has clinical research interests and has published and presented work with a focus on cancer genetics, shared decision-making regarding options to manage cancer risk, the impact of lifestyle modification in cancer survivors, and the development cancer survivorship programming.
