CFPHE hiring regional health connector

The Colorado Foundation for Public Health and the Environment (CFPHE), a nonprofit organization, is seeking an energetic, detailed, and enthusiastic individual to fill one position as a Regional Health Connector. This is a full time position working in community in the greater Denver area within the EvidenceNOW Southwest Project as well as other related projects.

The EvidenceNOW Southwest project is funded by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality to help small and medium size primary care practices in Colorado and New Mexico focus on improving how they deal with cardiovascular risks. 

The ideal candidate will have ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community (i.e., academic personnel, health systems personnel, and individual community members); strong interpersonal and oral and written communication skills; ability to facilitate small or large group meetings effectively; ability to plan and implement short and long range goals; and leadership skills; a master’s degree in health care administration, public health, public affairs, human services, social work or similar field; and five or more years of experience in developing and fostering partnerships.
