Invest Health, a collaboration between Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and The Reinvestment Fund, provides an opportunity for mid-sized cities—with populations between 50,000 and 400,000—to transform the way local leaders work together to improve resident health and well-being.
Up to 50 cities will be selected and receive a grant award of up to $60,000 toward participation in the initiative.
