Health Elevations looks at the long-term service needs of aging Coloradans

The fall edition of Health Elevations digs deep into the stereotypes of long-term services and supports (LTSS) and who could benefit the most from these services.Colorado is facing a challenging age wave that has, and will continue to, stretch demands for high-quality and high-efficiency services. With this, the LTSS community faces many other challenges – but also the opportunity – to create the kinds of services individuals with disabilities can use to stay healthy and independent, engage in meaningful work and keep connected to their communities.
