ECHO Colorado hiring health professionals

The Extension for Community Health Outcomes (ECHO) Colorado project is a successful program for using bi-directional video to connect health care providers across Colorado. Through the use of internet-connected video technology, ECHO Colorado offers primary care providers in rural and underserved areas training and support in delivering evidence-based care for patients with complex chronic health conditions. This model of knowledge sharing has improved access to specialty care and patient outcomes in many community settings, increasing progress in all three of the “triple aim” goals of improving access, quality, and value of health care while also improving population health.

The ECHO Colorado Program Center is located on the Anschutz Medical Campus and currently has openings for three health professional positions:

1. Marketing & Communications Professional

2. Educational Specialist

3. Project Implementation Professional
