State health releases breast and cervical cancer clinical services RFA

The Women's Wellness Connection at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment recently released a request for applications (RFA) for Clinical Services for uninsured/underinsured women. Applications are due Aug. 3.

This RFA and the one for Care Coordination posted in June were posted as open and will offer two additional applications periods. More information on both RFAs is available on the WWC web page. This RFA will remain open until such time as all available funding has been awarded or until March 14, 2016, whichever comes first.

This program provides financial support to clinical services organizations to provide breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services for uninsured and under insured women who meet WWC’s age, income and lawful presence criteria.
