CU doctoral student looking for young breast cancer survivors for study

Kellie Martens, M.A., a doctoral student at the University of Colorado Denver, works with Dr. Kristin Kilbourn in the field of psycho-oncology. She is interested in learning what influences quality of life in young breast cancer survivors, with the intention of designing support groups or ways of screening that might make adjusting to a breast cancer diagnosis less difficult for young women. Please refer to the flyers (below) for more information. It's easy to participate, as women must only complete an on-line survey (IRB approved).

She is recruiting women who were diagnosed with early stage breast cancer between the ages of 19 and 45. They are hoping to find women who are post- treatment (except hormone treatment or antibody therapy) for any stage of breast cancer.

If you, or someone you know, might qualify for this study, please feel free to contact Kellie through the information listed below.
