State health department recruiting review committee members for tobacco and chronic disease

CCPD Review Committee

The Cancer, Cardiovascular Disease and Pulmonary Disease Grant Program, on behalf of the Colorado Board of Health, is currently seeking applications from a CANCER DISEASE PROFESSIONAL to serve on the statutorily-mandated grant program CCPD Review Committee.

The CCPD Review Committee is a 16-member advisory board that to oversees program strategies, reviews grant applications and makes funding recommendations to the Colorado Board of Health for a competitive grants program to prevent and reduce cancer, cardiovascular disease and chronic pulmonary disease prevention, early detection and treatment in Colorado.

Tobacco Review Committee

The Tobacco Education, Prevention and Cessation Grant Program, on behalf of the Colorado Board of Health, is currently seeking applicants for a vacant position on the legislatively-mandated grant program Tobacco Review Committee for a REPRESENTATIVE OF A STATEWIDE ASSOCIATION REPRESENTING PHYSICIANS.

The Tobacco Review Committee is a 16-member advisory committee that ensures that tobacco grant program priorities are established consistent with the Colorado Tobacco Prevention and Control Strategic Plan, oversees program strategies and activities, and ensures program grants are in compliance with legislatively mandated requirements.
