Tobacco RFA Live Question and Answer Session 9/2/14 from 2:00-3:00pm

Please join us for a live webinar on Tuesday, September 2 from 2:00-3:00 pm. We are holding the webinar to be responsive to the needs of our applicants and alleviate some of the confusion arising from the initial written question and answer process. During the webinar, CDPHE staff will be present to answer questions regarding the Request for Applications (RFA).

The purpose of this webinar is to improve the written question and answer process. CDPHE staff will be available to answer questions to the extent possible. There may be a few questions which require investigation and deliberation; for these, a written response will be posted later on the A35 Funding website. Please understand that CDPHE staff is limited to responding to questions on the process and to clarify aspects of the RFA content and the appendices. CDPHE staff is not permitted to address substantive questions about the content of applications in advance of a full review, consideration, and decision of award by the review committee.

To manage the high volume of anticipated questions, CDPHE staff will begin the webinar by responding to the grouping of questions that have been repeatedly submitted by applicants. Webinar participants will also be given an opportunity to ask more questions by typing them into their computers. CDPHE staff will respond orally. Please ensure that your computer has speakers or headphones for this webinar. A webinar transcription will be posted to the A35 funding page as soon as it is available.

Please submit questions in advance to be specifically addressed during this webinar to help CDPHE staff to maximize the time allotted for the webinar.
