State health hosting health information technology forum in Greeley

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is hosting a community forum on health information technology, clinical quality measurement and population health on Wednesday, April 16, from Noon to 1 p.m. at Weld County Public Health, 1555 N. 17th Ave. in Greeley. Lunch will be provided.

The health department is looking for input from health systems and providers on the challenges and opportunities in using health information technology, measuring clinical quality and improving health outcomes for Coloradans with diabetes or high blood pressure.
