Call for Mentors! CPHA seeking three more mentors for annual program.

The Colorado Public Health Association (CPHA) Mentoring Program is an annual program that promotes the professional growth of our Members. CPHA is seeking at least three more mentors to match with mentees who have applied to participate in the 2013-2014 program.

The CPHA Mentoring Program matches newer public health professionals, students or other members who want to be guided in their careers or a particular area by experience public health professionals.  It is also a cooperative opportunity for a mentor to learn from a mentee. The program has doubled in size since last year and we need more mentors. Apply to be a mentor today! We are seeking mentors from across Colorado.

A variety of mentoring techniques are used by mentors and mentees, including advising, coaching, teaching, identifying job opportunities, setting up job and informational interviews, conducting mock interviews... and just simple conversations. We need you! Learn more here.
