Tobacco Communications Specialist Position Opens at Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment

The health department's Prevention Services Division is looking for a Tobacco  Communications Specialist. This position works collaboratively with the communications and tobacco teams to develop, implement and coordinate paid, earned and social media communications for the State Tobacco Education and Prevention Partnership (STEPP). 

In the position, you will manage and execute statewide tobacco communications in alignment with best practices and the Tobacco Strategic Plan. You will also manage contracts with organizations and provide technical assistance, support and training to local grantees in the area of communications and public relations, and manage communication on the grant program using a weekly newsletter, social media, and a fulfillment center.

This is a General Professional III position with a salary range of $3,895 - $4,868 per month.
