CDPHE Recruiting Youth for Paid Position Advising on Youth Health Issues

The Youth and Young Adult Team at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is hiring two part-time Peer Youth Advisors between the ages of 16-20 to work in partnership with staff, youth-serving organizations, and other young people from the community. The focus of the work includes, but is not limited to, Youth Sexual Health and Colorado 9to25 projects. These two projects bring together the many systems that impact youth with the goal of working together to help improve the lives of young people. We believe that by bringing the expertise of these young people into our team, we will improve the programs and policies that affect the lives of Colorado youth. This employment opportunity is limited to two full years and includes salaried pay and paid benefits.
