PSD Hiring a Deputy Director Program Assistant

This position will report directly to the Deputy Division Director.

The purpose of the Deputy Director Program Assistant position is to provide executive-level administrative support for the Division Director and Deputy Division Director of Prevention Services.    Specific duties include:

Division Director and Deputy Director Division Support
  • Main contact for customers of the division
  • Communicate in person, in writing and by phone
  • Maintain calendar, schedule meetings and events, coordinate travel plans
  • Create and edit a variety of documents and reports, including org charts
  • Assist with projects
  • Coordinate paperwork
  • Coordinate staff meetings to include agenda, handouts, taking and posting minutes
Personnel Liaison and Support
  • Provide guidance and assistance to supervisors and staff on related HR matters
  • Track, monitor, and correct personnel related documents as they move through the signature process
  • Support Division  Director with paperwork for any corrective actions or progressive discipline activity
  • Monitor the performance management process for the division’s employees
Operational/Clerical Support for Lean and Communications Team
  • Update SharePoint site
  • Maintain log of PSD Lean events and status
  • Provide assistance to Lean and Communications team
  • Write articles regarding division activity
