Amendment 35 Request for Applications - Links and References

In 2004, Colorado voters approved Amendment 35 – a tax increase on both cigarettes and other tobacco products. The revenue was designated for health care services and tobacco education to improve the health of all Coloradans. With the opening of the 2012-2013 application window for the Request for Application (RFA) and, soon, the 2012-2013 application window for associated Requests for Proposal (RFP), we have created a reference/links page to provide updates and reference for applicants during the process. The Amendment 35 page is now "live" at http://www.coprevent.org/p/a35.html and you can access it via the link or in the tabs above (far right tab) here on COPrevent.org

On the Amendment 35 links and references page, you will find application announcements, links to each of the application packages, reference websites, applicant webinar schedules and links for seeking additional information to aid in the application process. The site contains information on each of the grant areas, including:

-- Tobacco Education, Prevention and Cessation Grant Program
-- Cancer, Cariovascular Disease and Pulmonary Disease (CCPD) Grant Program
-- Office of Health Disparities (OHD) Grant Program
