The expo event is free and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.

We encourage attendees to utilize public transportation, including the light rail or bus system, or add more activity into your day by walking or biking to the event! A Denver B-cycle station and light rail facility are located just across from the Cable Center entrance.

The Weight of the Nation four-part film series was developed by HBO Documentary Films and the Institute of Medicine in Association with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Institutes of Health, in Partnership with Michael & Susan Dell Foundation and Kaiser Permanente. Local events in Colorado also feature LiveWell Colorado, The Colorado Health Foundation and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
