New Diabetes Hands Foundation micro-grants

The Diabetes Hands Foundation has just launched a new DHF Seeds program, which is essentially a micro-grants program to support creative ideas from members of the diabetes community who are focused on making a better life with diabetes possible.

This grants program is available only to nonprofit 501c3 organizations in the United States and members of the Diabetes Advocates program run by the Diabetes Hands Foundation. Applications will be received between March 19 and April 2. You can apply with a proposal focused on any one of (or all) three categories:
  1. Empowering people living with diabetes
  2. Connecting people
  3. Educating and informing people about diabetes.
