CDPHE PSD 2012-2013 Division Workplan

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's Prevention Services Division's (PSD) 2012-2013 Workplan is now available online. The document is part of a larger Workplan being developed at the Department-level, and includes subjects over which the Division is responsible including injury prevention, unintended pregnancy, mental health and substance abuse, obesity prevention and control, tobacco, oral health, attraction and retention of talented and diverse employees, aligning employee roles and accountability with Department priorities, employment of LEAN methodologies to improve business practices, promoting health equity and environmental justice, using performance-based measures and evaluation to improve effectiveness and prioritize resources and strengthening internal and external communications.

For each subject area, PSD staff and leadership have identified specific goals, activities and measures to help guide focus and work over the coming year.

For any questions regarding the plan, feel free to contact Brandon Williams, PSD's Public Information Officer at brandon.williams@state.co.us.
