New Smokefree Smartphone Apps Now Available to Help Users Quit Smoking

Designed to help you prepare to quit smoking and provide some support in those days and weeks after you quit, Smokefree Smartphone apps are a great new tool for you.  The apps are free and are being provided by the Tobacco Control Research Branch of the National Cancer Institute (NCI).

In addition to the tons of information in the app provided by counselors, the app is also integrated with Facebook and Twitter to help you share or connect with a larger online community of people seeking to quit smoking.

Give it a try!  Too, for more information on Colorado cessation assistance resources, check out My Quit Path or the Colorado Quitline or at 1-800-QUIT-NOW (784-8669)
