Statewide Youth Sexual Health Plan Survey

Hurry, there’s still time to give your input! The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is in the process of developing a Statewide Youth Sexual Health Plan. The goal of the Plan is to effectively guide state and local communities in the improvement of youth sexual health and will include strategies on how to decrease unintended teen birth and STI/HIV rates, and to expand on positive approaches to youth development and health. This plan will be contributing to CDPHE’s “winnable” of unintended pregnancy, as we look for holistic community approaches for positively impacting youth sexual health.

The survey is designed for youth 14-24 and adults. It will take about 5-10 minutes to complete, and you will have the option to enter a drawing for a $50 VISA gift card upon completion of the survey.

Follow this link to take the survey: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/F5RSJFF - The link will be available until 12/21.

Please forward far and wide! For questions regarding the survey or the Statewide Youth Sexual Health Plan, contact Lisa.Olcese@state.co.us.
